The Tournament Committee cannot accept any requests for changes to the schedules.
Please do not ask! These schedules may only be changed due to field conditions or other tournament requirements.
The schedules for the 2009 Hempfield Fall Classic are now posted and linked below. This year there are over 515 teams participating in over 900 games at 6 venues in two days! There were also over 450 special requests for game time, location, and coaches with multiple teams. We have done our best to meet all these requests while at the same time keeping safety in mind for traveling between venues or rest time between games.
With this in mind, we can not accept new schedule change requests after the schedule is posted. As you know, the game schedule also impacts the referee assignments, printed programs, volunteer assignments, vendor placement, and many other areas necessary to run a smooth tournament. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
The tournament reserves the right to make schedule or field changes as necessary for tournament needs. Please note that your games may still change and all teams should always be prepared to play 8 am games if a scheduling change is necessary.
