Hempfield Fall Classic Sponsors and/or Vendors

About the event:

Typically the 23rd Annual Hempfield Fall Classic accepts over 425 teams from a 7 state area each year.  Hempfield Soccer Club (HSC) hosts teams ranging from ages 8 - 19, playing over 800 games on 55-75 fields at 7-10 venues each year. HSC hosts 7,500 plus players and the attendance at the event is about 25,000.  Attendees stay in approximately 4,000 hotel rooms in the Lancaster, Harrisburg, Hershey, York and surrounding areas. Area restaurants, outlets, local shops, and tourist attractions find this to be a very busy weekend and look forward to the arrival of the teams!

Articles or columns about the event have appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Lancaster Newspapers, and surrounding area newspapers.  TV crews come annually to film coverage of the event. The Club distributes over 8,000 programs of 120 pages, giving local, regional and national advertisers direct exposure to players' families, friends and coaches.

We have opportunities for various ways to become a sponsor or support the tournament.

• Naming rights for our tournament venues - banners, signs and product may be placed at venue(s) and will appear on maps and in our program plus much more
• Your logo on our tournament t-shirts (due by Sept 25th)
• Banner advertising in key locations (venues, stadium, turf fields, or at trophy presentations)
• MVP game patches with your logo on them
• Distribution of product or fliers to each player
• Booths for vendors available at most sites
• Food vendor space available at most sites
• Advertising in the program distributed to all players/families- business card to full page ad options
